The roots of the flat white are a controversial subject, with both Australia and New Zealand challenging each other and claiming the coffee’s invention. The first ever appearance of the flat white coffee in the records was in the mid-1980s at Moors Espresso Bar in Sydney. The Perfect Flat White Coffee

DIY Recipe

If the white coffee you had at the restaurant recently left your taste buds rocking, you can easily prepare it at home. Follow the instructions below to treat yourself with a lip-smacking dose of white coffee! There are two essential things that you need to produce the perfect flat white- an amazing espresso shot and a soft and silky foam. Let’s see how you can do it without a coffee machine at home.
– Pour a teaspoon of coffee into a cup. – Add boiling water and stir slowly till the coffee completely dissolves. – Meanwhile, to make the microfoam without a coffee machine, take it in a pan and heat in on a medium flame for until it starts simmering. Switch off the flame and gently beat the milk with a whisker until it becomes foamy. Break any huge bubbles and transfer the foamed milk into a jug. – Now hold the jug very close to the cup containing the espresso shot and pour the milk slowly, without breaking the microfoam layer.

That’s it! Your flat white is ready to be served
